WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Senate Budget Committee will hold a hearing to consider the Congressional Budget Office’s (CBO) updated budget outlook at 2:30pm on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 in the Dirksen Senate Office Building Room 608. Testifying will be Dr. Phillip Swagel, Director of the Congressional Budget Office.
