Mark Warner (D-VA), was scheduled to hold a hearing to receive testimony from three witnesses about modernizing government performance systems. GAO Comptroller Gene Dedaro, Center for American Progress CEO John Podesta, and Grant Thornton Principal Robert Shea testified.
